Hello Lydie, In order to download the RSForm! Pro installation package you will have to go to the "View my downloads" section on our site. In RSForm! Pro, how do I display the currently logged in user's info in the form? Can I replace the blank text from a free text component or do I modify the form layout with custom php. A present workaround would be to add all the fields... and use a Javascript to hide them according to the membership.

Hello, When you update to the latest version of RSForm!Pro (rev 31), the installer also tries to update your installed plugins and modules so that they are compatible with the latest release. If the add-ons cannot be updated, they will be automatically disabled and the name will be changed to "Not Supported" in order to prevent any harm from being done to your website. You just need to download the latest version of the plugin from our site, uninstall your current version and install the newly downloaded one.

I created a form to process event tickets for a new client site . Everything was working great in my test site. I then uploaded the site live and did successfully sell tickets to one user. In case anyone else gets this error when trying to install the current build of this plugin (1.3) I thought I would post up the solution. This happened to me when trying to install the events plugin after the captcha plugin. The problem is that in the install xml both plugins have the same name!!! Simply change [code]rsinstaller< ame>[/code] for something else like [code]rsfevents< ame>[/code] and then overwrite the original install xml and try again. This worked great for me. Now, I'd like to take it another step and it's not working. I think things have changed in a year, because I don't see a default.php file anywhere in the component files. And I am getting a missing "RSFP_THANKYOU_BUTTON" on the form submission thank you message. Note, in the RSForm Pro documentation it says to install the language and then edit the default.php file in the language folder of the component. OK. Hello guys, There seems to be an issue with file names - all files have been renamed to lowercase so you should not encounter the error again. Just download the package again from your account and install it over your current installation - this will act as an update. Regards!
